Universal 2316 – Gripper swap pool

The gripper is an important mechanism in the TurfTick 2316 Universal stacker. The gripper ensures that the TurfTick 2316 can achieve the highest capacity per hour and that the stacking on the pallets is perfectly effective. In order for the gripper to function optimally, it is sometimes necessary to overhaul the gripper. In most cases, it is not necessary to replace the entire gripper and often, the replacement of a number of parts is sufficient to let the gripper function optimally again. 

Van Vuuren has now found an efficient and sustainable solution, namely: the gripper swap pool. There are two options: 

• The first option is that Van Vuuren sends you a reconditioned gripper and you send back your current gripper . Van Vuuren will only charge you the costs of the overhaul.
• Option two is that Van Vuuren will overhaul your own gripper and then send it back to you. You will then temporarily receive a gripper from Van Vuuren to use while your own gripper is being overhauled. This option is logistically more complex and therefore also more expensive. 

In the end, you will have a perfectly working gripper and in the meantime it will be possible to continue using the Turf Tick 2316 Universal. All in all, an effective and durable solution.
